The old "Chalet Rosalina" has been completely renovated!

This old chalet from 1930, which was in ruins, has been used as the basis for a new construction, from the concrete slabs on the different floors to a new metal roof structure, the whole structure is new.

The emphasis was on the high-quality building materials used and especially on the thermal insulation. The outer stone walls were retained and new masonry walls were built inside with appropriate insulation and air space, with a total thickness of 70 cm. On the roof, expanded polyurethane was sprayed to ensure the best possible thermal efficiency, combined with a layer of rock wool under the plasterboard ceilings.

The heating system is of the Solius brand and includes hydraulic radiant heating in all divisions coupled with a heat pump of maximum efficiency as well as domestic hot water with two solar panels with the respective 320 litre accumulator.
